Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card to sign up, no time limit. Record sales, products, and customers at no cost — for as long as you want. You pay only when you choose to unlock paid features.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your records stay on your device — that's the whole point of offline-first. Downgrade and you lose access to paid features, but your data is intact. Cancel and you can export everything before you go.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades activate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. If you upgrade mid-trial, you get a fresh 7-day trial on the new plan.
What is the 6-month and annual discount?
6-month billing saves 10%. Annual billing saves 20% — pay for 10 months, use it for 12. Discounts apply to the base plan price.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract on monthly billing. 6-month and annual plans are paid upfront — cancel an annual plan early and we refund the unused full months.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card via Paystack. You can also fund your Enimara wallet and have your subscription charged from it automatically each month.
